Meal 2: Extra lean ground beef stuffed peppers on a bed of rice.

Meal 3: Oriental beef and broccoli on jasmine rice.

Meal 4: Lean lasagna with sweet potato fries.

Meal 5: Butter chicken with rice and seasonal veggies.

Week 2

Meal 1: Spaghetti squash and turkey meatballs.

Meal 2: Chicken fettuccine alfredo with seasonal veggies.

Meal 3: Pizza zucchini boats with seasonal veggies.

Meal 4: Sirloin roast with oven roasted potatoes and seasonal veggies.

Meal 5: Teriyaki chicken breast with rice and seasonal veggies.

Week 3

Meal 1: Jerk chicken with rice, and seasonal veggies.

Meal 2: Atlantic salmon with lemon, rice, and seasonal veggies.

Meal 3: Stuffed chicken breast with sweet potato fries, and seasonal veggies.

Meal 4: Chicken veggie pasta.

Meal 5: Beef roast with carrots, and baked potato.
